FBI Watch List

Has anyone else heard about the terrorist that is on the FBI watch list that was at the prison in BSG then pulled over by police and let go. But later finding out the arabic man was on the FBI watch list of terrorist. Was told he was driving a silver van. Anyone heard anything if this is true? If so this should not be kept quiet!

Haven't heard this myself, but sounds a bit far-fetched.
Majority of the folks in Wallens Ridge are long-term, lifers, etc. It's a level 5 prison (but there are some short-term folks there, working in the prison waiting for release).

Doesn't make much sense that someone will be a Wallens Ridge inmate, then be released to be driving around BSG. And if an officer stopped said former level 5 inmate and checked his license, his record alone would amplify any infraction he committed.

Not saying it can't be true, just that it wouldn't add up to me.

So if the police didn't know he was on the FBI watchlist, who in BSG would know that an arabic man in a silver van on the FBI watchlist was near the prison, pulled over by BSG police and then released? Background checks aren't run after the fact.

Just sounds like a crazy rumor to me.

Thats what i didnt understand it was county police is what i was told. The driver had been released and then a few mins later it came through FBI to the county that he was on the list. i would have thought local agencies would have this access. Just what i am hearing and about the same story from six different people.
